AMERICAN TREE SERVICE

Great. He was the lowest bid out of 4 people.  He said he could do the job the next day.  He showed up started and finished the next day which was a saturday.  Everything he said he would do he did.  All the rubbish from the trees were picked up. He did a wonderful job.  I would recommend him again.

This person came to my door and offered to remove a dead hickory tree from my front yard. I had to leave when they were almost finished and I made the mistake of paying them before they were completely finished. They left a 5 foot tree "stump," large sections of tree were left all over my front yard, large craters were created in my lawn, my retaining wall was ruined and my concrete walkway was damaged. To top it off, they dumped a truckload of limbs in the street in front of my neighbors mailbox (instead of the curb which was 10 feet away. I had to spend an hour moving the debris so my neighbor could get mail. Never returned any of my subsequent phone calls & of course they cashed the check before I could cancel it. I have never made a complaint on any company before but I was so shocked at the lack of professionalism exhibited by this company that I wanted to warn other people.
