Anytime anything goes wrong they are just right there. I have had them since 1998. If you don’t have a land line phone they can come out and install a wireless phone. That way nobody can cut your line. If the alarm goes off I don’t have any problems. One time my son had done something wrong and we were in a restaurant and ADT called and said out alarm went off and the police are on their way to my house. They were really nice and I have a heat sensor through them. If the temperature goes above 90 degrees it will alert the fire department. I was at work when a repair guy was at my house and they call and said the fire department is on their way to my house. What had happen was the guy was using a heat gun and it set it off. So I know that work. You can get a lot of modern stuff like remote control and video camera. They are truly a good company.

I had an alarm failure at my home. The police showed up before I was taken off hold. ADT didn't even know where I live.

They provided a good service.  However, I felt that the monthly fee was a bit high.
