The repairman was pleasant and professional. But I thought 125.00 charge was on the high side for 1/2 hour work. He also said the drain line should not be connected to the garbage disposal, even though their is a connection for it. It should be connected to directly to drain line. I said ok, if you have the drain line plastic pipe let go ahead and do it....No responed? Then I said can you give me approx. cost...No responed? He then took his tool case out to his truck and came back in with the bill..which I payed infull.

My husband called the manufacturer who recommended we call A Reliable.
I talked to the Scheduler on a Wednesday afternoon. The workmen came the next day, right on time.
They were pleasant, professional, courteous and efficient. My laundry room is small, and the job was not an easy one; they did the work cheerfully.

Totally unsatisfactory. LG had to replace A Reliable as its local warranty company.
