His work is good; when he works ... for the most part he seemed to work about 4 hrs a day ... a couple of days he just didn't show up ... hard to locate (he uses a cell phone) ... I might use this company again but here are some things I would do different:
1. pay up front for items needed
2. payment in full only after job was completed.
3. get in the contract an est of a finish date ( give or take a day or two).
