insulation
 + -1 moreI can not get them to perform any follow up, we paid a great deal of money, and I am meeting with another contractor, which will be an added cost to fix their mess.
Description of Work: We had the ceiling insulated in a commercial building. We knew it was not going to be exactly what we wanted, but accepted what they were offering. It's horrible looking at best, but worse is straps that hold it in place ( we were quoted 2' on center, it's more like 5' ) are breaking and insulation is falling, I have been calling to get straps added since June, and all I get is we will have someone out tomorrow. We have paid in full and can not get any follow up. I would not recommend using them.
