Perkins Heating & Air

Noticed around metal rain guard on the outside unit was very cold and sweating. Lifted the top of the metal to find that he had not installed new duct work that was agreed upon and cost of $375 to adapt the duct work to new central heat and air that was being installed. Very hot outside and losing air that is to come inside the house. I have to turn down unit to 70 degrees to keep house cool 72 degrees or would be 75 degrees set on 72. I called to have him come back because he was through our insurance company, but due to the disagreement we had when he installed which was.. nothing was explained about the new unit and very rude wanted money as soon as job was done he said he would not come back. I found out after looking around he had stole a part off the unit along with some fuses okay I wouldn't come back either and don't want him to come back. Do Not ever recommend this heating and air provider to anyone! He is very rude and is NOT professional! I learned through another heating and air provider he is cleaning up the messes he leaves behind and had four complaints on him as spoke to each other. I Have contacted BBB maybe they can get this man off the market before something bad happens!
