We also used them earlier in the year. They offered a price on an annual checkup. We had to get a part, and then the labor to come back and install it. They are pretty reliable and honest. I guess they were backed up a little bit and it took them a while to get here, this time. The first time we used them they were very prompt. This time it took a couple of reminders, but I believe it was just when we first got really, really cold and they had a lot of emergency calls. Since this was a checkup, I guess we got pushed back because of the emergencies. So, I can't blame them that they weren't as prompt this time. As soon as he got the part he came out immediately and put the part in. So it was a good response there. Just the original checkup, it took them a little longer to come out. I checked prices on the internet.
