I would not hesitate to give Bill and his company, Nashville Furnace the highest possible recommendation to anyone needing heating or A/C work. He worked us into his schedule on very short notice, quickly identified the problem and got our A/C back up and running in short order. The price of the repair was surprisingly much lower than I had expected, and far more reasonable than other Heating and A/C companies that I had experience with in the past. Since most of us don't know anything about heating or A/C repair, we often find ourselves at the mercy of the repair companies whose primary interest is in selling you a whole new system. Thank goodness there are still people like Bill in business.

Excellent. Bill owns his own company and takes pride in his work. He is creative in figuring out how to make things work better and has a great work ethic. He really goes the extra mile to do a good job.
