First of all, they were at our home within two days of contact--AMAZING! We had thought that we would have to replace our carpets, especially in the living room and dining room, but they look new now! We really can't believe the difference. They came in, moved what needed to be moved, worked quickly and efficiently, and were out of our home with everything back where it should be and new looking carpets! Also, the time to dry was very short, and no chemical smell! Would highly recommend to ANYONE needing carpet cleaning!!!
