JACKIE'S DOG & CAT GROOMING

She is very professional, yet personable. She did a great job and appears to really care about her 4 legged clients. We discovered the absolutely BEST shampoo for our dog who had a very persistant itching problem through her. We also found some great deals on some little locally homemade coats for her! I haven't used Jackie's boarding service (yet) but hope to this week. I used Angie's list to find her, because I don't think she has a website and had lost her phone number. 
I told Jackie what I wanted her to do and she did it exactly the way I asked. There were no surprises, or attempts to sell me anything I didn't want. What impressed me most about her is her extensive knowledge of animals and all things pertaining to the services she offers. Lots of great tips and advice I've found helpful.
The only thing that was inconvenient was the time frame that I had to pick her up and drop her off a few times. Most of the time she only offers grooming in the mornings, and that is difficult to arrange with my work. Sometimes she would work with me on it, other times not. Understandable, though, since she obviously runs a busy business. 
I'm trying the boarding service she offers this weekend, and fit me in even tho it was not easy. We've never left our baby..I mean our dog ... with her so I'll let you know how it goes!
