TERRIBLE.Let's Review RD Herbert's Values in the Context of The Job They Did With Our Roof: ACCOUNTABLE? No, Indeed. You left us with a completely leaking roof 2.5 years ago. Innovative? That's a joke, too, along with Not Smart. You couldn't figure out a greenhouse roof to save your life. Stalled, stalled, stalled, took a vacation, stalled some more, never heard back, stalled, took another vacation - that went on for 2.5 years. Many other roofers know of our experience with them because we needed a specialty roof - that RDH said they could do. It was actually very simple & we explained it to them, but they "never got it" about how to waterproof it. They had promised that they would provide the non-leaking roof. But just kept taking vacations - Not Exactly Hungry. Customer Focused? Treat You Like Their Family? NO. Lied, lied, lied to the inspector, & tried to say that we caused the leaks which happened on the night the roof was put on! With family like that, who needs them? There was no accountability, negative skill, zero smarts, non-existent innovation. Just Excuses, Stalling and Stalling, and Poor Workmanship. That is What We Got With RDHerbert/Rackley Roofing. Since then, they've torn up our yard TWICE with their big trucks. Put the word "Thugs" in there as one of your favorite values. The police report will be repeated if you vandalize our property again on Halloween or any other time.
