I called to have this company come to check out a potentially minor problem. The guy barely even took time to thoroughly examine what was going on and basically told me there was nothing they could do but rip out our entire plumbing system and put in new pipe. I called my brother to come look at it and it was a simple clog at the bend in the pipe. They are just a company trying to make a big dollar and they don't even bother trying to find a simple solution. Save yourself some time and money and hire a local repairman. I'll never call these guys again!

It would take too long to describe all that went wrong. It boils down to incompetence, poor service, poor attitude of employees (including complaints about management and Carrier Corp), and lack of integrity. a few examples:
1. lack of simple parts- I had to provide replacement fuses for ones blown by them, didn't have a pipe fitting and left leak for me to repair
2. Incompetence- two visits to fix one problem., Blew main breaker to house and two fuses during diagnosis of compressor failure,didn't know how to use thermostat to turn unit on. Turned off wrong breaker to AC after diagnosis awaiting new unit. Hot water heater turned off and AC left in a hazardous state.
3. Integrity - Quoted a 10year parts an labor warranty- asked for final payment without any paperwork and denied quote included labor.
4, Argued with me at length so that I refused final payment and told them to take me to court and let the judge decide.
