NORMAN PRESNELL GUTTERS & MORE

He had originally installed the gutters to our new home. We were not satisfied with the installations because one gutter runs over every time it rains. He said if it didn't work, he would come back and add the downspout at no extra charge. When it needed to be done, we called him and (upon his recommendation, we added gutter guards at this time). We also asked if he could caulk around our doors and windows. He said he could do all of that but he would need to charge for the extra downspout. We said fine and he said he could start in the following Monday. He started 4 weeks later. The caulk was not smoothed, it was just pumped on and left. He also caulked on the underside of only 6 of the approximately 36 windows and he did no doors. He said he didn't say he would do the doors. He was very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend him for any job. I have since talked to others that are very unsatisfied with his work.
