All Better Appliance

0 stars is what I would like to enter. Extremely poor service, came 2 times to fix a leak. Caused a new leak and they refused to take ownership for it. The owner, Brendan, was extremely rude when I tried to explain what occurred. This is an example of how Brenden responded to me via text: Brenden: "I'm not gonna fight with you over it the video clearly shows the line isn't leaking the blue valve housing is. There is no way you had a drip that bad for 2 weeks and just noticed it today. You noticed a tiny defrost water leak 12 hrs after they left. They didn't unhook the water or turn the water off or mess with the water in any way so there's no way they cracked the valve. I am not replacing a part we didn't break or damage. Period. " Me: "Brendan, thanks for your time. You know this isn't right. I was referred to you by a very good friend, disappointing. Referrals go a long way as you know. I'll be sure to pass along this thread and the experience to him and all the other businesses owners in our network. God bless"

Refrigerator was making thumping noises. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a faulty condensor fan, but a part had to be ordered. In case the fan failed while awaiting parts, we were given great advise as to how to keep the condenser cool by putting a small fan behind the refrigerator.

They were prompt, courteous and very helpful. Issue was fixed on first call.

Brandon, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable about my specific Refrigerator & the what was wrong. He had to overnight a part. He came the next morn within the time period he said that he would. He was very efficient and finished the work in a very timely fashion. I will be using him in the future for any appliance repair.

My refrigerator was broken and after dealing with another company for 3 weeks; I had spent a ton of money, my refrigerator was still broken and I kept getting no answers. I couldn�t even get them on the phone. I finally called Brandon at 6pm one day and he was at my house the very next morning. He diagnosed my problem in seconds, ordered the correct part, and when the part arrived on a Saturday afternoon he came right over and completed the job.
