Quality Roofing

Horrible. When replacing the roof some decking needed to be replaced. It just so happened to be where our dryer vent was. Instead of cutting a hole for the vent they just covered it up. Which in turn cause the heating element in the dryer to burn up. I had to prove to him what he had done. Would not take my word, instead took the word of his workers. He had to come out here several times to finish the work. As for as replacing the wood around the house, he was told what and where the wood was that needed replacing. For replacing/repairing the wood he charged us an approximately an extra $750.00. His workers cut into our facial wood (never repaired), repaired a few feet of 1x1, and never replaced one area above a window. And didn't repair all the wood he was asked to repair. And when one of his workers came out to repair the dryer vent area he had to be called back out to look at the job. The area is wavy and the shingles are already beginning to curl in that area. He told us he would have someone come back out to fix that and repair/replace the wood that they didn't do. This has been going on since March 2015. He now won't answer our phone calls. The work has not been finished and was not done correctly.
