Keith Dyer is a local guy from Bulls Gap and we have used him for probably 20 years. He was working for another company and then he formed his own company 5-6 years ago. He has been coming here once a month for a long time. He is extremely good at what he does. He started coming here because I had a dog about 20 years ago that was allergic to fleas of all things, and I have never had a flea problem since he started. My neighbors have had problems and fleas in their yards or they get fleas in their house off their cats or dogs but I have never had one since he has been spraying for me. We literally had an invasion of ladybugs a couple of years ago, and it has been those little stinkbugs this year, and he will come back in a heartbeat. All you have got to do is call and tell him that you have got this or that and you can bet that he will be here the latest by the next afternoon to take care of it without charging you for it. His price recently went up by a couple of dollars and I think his pricing is good. There are others around, and I know that some of them are a little more while a couple of them are a little less, but I haven't heard anybody tell me that they have got any better quality than he has. He is very precise and very thorough. He is the only workman I have had in my house that actually turns the lights off behind him when he is doing the rooms and nobody is in there. He is very prompt, and if he says that he will be here by 11 o' clock, you can bet that he will be here 15-20 minutes either side of that time.
