I took my printer to this provider after receiving an error message on my printer telling me to replace a memory DIMM chip,? Two weeks later after no response, I called and was informed that my printer may have been worked on, but she wasn't sure.? The lady stated that there were printed pages on the table near the printer, but she would have to call her technician, who were not in at the time,? to see if they were done with the repair and that she would get back to me.? I dont know who the technicians are but they were not in when I made my inquiry call, or the day I took my printer in for repair, or today when I contacted the company.? The next day I called back and was informed my printer was fixed and ready to pick up. I went to the shop and was given a receipt stating that the memory was "reset". Also a paper feeder tray had been replaced. $17.50 for the part and $60 labor. I was never informed the tray was bad, they never called to see if I wanted it replaced and I took it in to have a new DIMM chip installed, not have the memory reset. I paid, took it home, plugged it in and ran a test. The first page printed fine. Twenty minutes later when I went to print a report I received the replace DIMM chip error message again. Needless to say I was displeased.
