It would take me pages to explain all the things that happened. Main thing is they will lie to you, tell you one thing then change it during the sale. Lie to you about prices to make you think you are getting a good deal. Inflate prices on things, such as extended warranties, then tell you they are discounting it just for you. I checked with other dealerships and found they inflated the price of the extended Toyota warranty hundreds of dollars over retail. You can buy these at any dealer so shop around to get the best price. I cancelled the one I purchased from Toyota of Bristol within the 30 days once I found out they lied to me. I will purchase one, but not from them. They also sat on check for 13 days after it cleared my bank, 16 days after the sale which resulted in an additional payment drafted from my bank, the payoff was not longer valid so I had to pay more to pay off my trade, and offered nothing in return for THEIR lack of care for the customer. They said it is company policy to hold checks for 10 days, but they had the money in 3 days and held it for a total of 16 days mailing the check the day after the payoff expired. It was an additional week before the car was paid off on May 28th. I am sure they made interest off the money while in their possession. It is a month today since the car was purchased and I still do not have the tag. The salesman has never contacted since May 5 and knows how upset I am, he lied to me more than once. They dealership has a person whose job it is to deal with customer problems, I know why they need one. I was also told by the salesman the lifetime POWERTRAIN ONLY warranty was good anywhere. BUT, THAT'S NOT TRUE. You have to take your car to Toyota of Bristol unless you are more than 100 miles away. So if you break down in Asheville, you have to get the car back to Bristol, VA for the warranty. JUST ONE MORE LIE.
They will lie to you about other dealerships, stating their cars may not have real Toyota parts. I found out I could have saved over 2k at other dealerships and should have walked out the door that night. But was tired, confused and it was late. I will also never go alone, will definitely take a male with me in the future. I was conned, don't let it happen to you.

waiting area is very nice, popcorn, coffee, cookies, sofa and tv while you wait!

I traded vehicles, took a long time, most of the day, they really did want to sell me a car. I am happy with car, but took 3 appts to get a spot on the windsheild fixed.
