I was preparing an older home for sale and needed new carpet in the downstairs and vinyl in the kitchen. I called Regina from out of town (Atlanta) and she was able to go to the home and take the measurements the day I called! That evening, I had her estimate. The following week I met with Regina and we put together the package and placed the order. I was on a short time frame for installation but she was able to make an adjustment to her crew schedule and fit me in. One of her guys (Kevin Chappell) could fit it in after hours over a couple of days.
Kevin showed up on time, did a flawless install and it looked great. Regina was particularly helpful and accommodating. I so appreciate her responsiveness and her recommendation on the kitchen vinyl was fantastic. It really does look like tile! Of particular note was her pricing as well. Beat most of the competition for an excellent product. Thanks Kevin for a great job and fitting me in after hours. I would highly recommend Steve's Flooring. Their previous reviews from AL led me to them and are well deserved.

Price was competitive. Installers were experienced and professional. They were pleasant and did and excellent job. This installation was on concrete floors and I watched them install extra tack strip nails until the strips were tightly secured. The tack strips were tight and the carpet tucked perfectly at doorway junctions with tile flooring.
Before leaving, they cleaned up everything and vacuumed the new carpet. All scraps and all of the mess was carried away. They also told me they would come back out if I experienced any problems. Beautiful carpet, great installation, and an all-in-all wonderful experience.
Over the years I have experienced a few good subs and many bad ones. This provider is a keeper.

The installer arrived on time and got straight to work.   He re-stretched 2 different areas of the carpet in our sanctuary.  He worked fast and he saw 2 places that were wore pretty bad and patched those without being ask.  I will DEFINETLY using them again.

We had the carpet & pad.  We had Steve's install both.  We had the carpet and they supplied the pad.  Installation took place about 3 weeks after our call.  Busy crews.  They did a very fine job.  We had to call them back  due to separated seam.  They came right out and corrected the problem.  We also purchased  vinyl flooring and had them install it and they did a very good job.  We are completely satisfied with material purchased and the job performed.  We would use them again.

I'ved used Steve's Flooring quite a few times and have been happy with their work.  I picked out a 16 inch Armstrong tile with a stone pattern.  At first, I was worried that the 16 inch size might be too large, but now, I love it.  It's exactly what I wanted.
Gina, John, and especially, Roy were very nice to work with.  They were very professional and, friendly.  I'll probably find another job for them in the future.

They have done quite a bit of work for me.  They have done a good job.  I liked the owner.  She has always been very nice and pleasant.  They always seemed to do a good job.  They are always here when they say they are going to be here.  They are prompt.  I have no complaints about them.
