 + -1 moreDavid came to inspect my home I was buying. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Very organized and when he was done he gave me a folder explaining everything he found. He spent a good bit of time going over the folder and showing me exactly what he found. I would use him again!

He explained all his notes in great detail and was very helpful in fully understanding his comments. He was very professional in returning a call within reasonable time, scheduling the home inspection, and taking the time needed to do a complete inspection. Description of Work: David was very professional and did a detailed home inspection and then took extra time to discuss everything with my client. My client was very happy with his work. David was thorough without being alarmist. I would highly recommend David -- especially if you have clients that aren't computer saavy. David does a detailed report, hand written on real paper(!), with a copy for the Realtor and one for the client.

Description of Work: David was a professional from the first phone call to the walk around after his inspection. I was provided with a detailed report on the spot. His knowledge of older homes was outstanding as the house was 121 years old. He crawled and climbed to see all aspects of the home. I would highly recommend David to do your home inspection.

 + -1 moreThe overall experience of doing business with David was an A+. If I am ever given the chance to do business with David again, I will, without a doubt. David is a gentleman and conducts himself with the upmost professionalism.
Description of Work: David arrived at our home at the exact time he said he would. He introduced himself and explained his process for the inspection. He was very informative and let us know exactly what to expect upfront. He performed the inspection with the upmost professionalism and was very courteous through out. He performed the inspection within the time expected and once the inspection was complete, he went over every detail line by line. He let us know exactly what to do to address the problem areas and gave us his suggestions on every aspect of the inspection. I can't stress enough how helpful and informative David was.
