Pippin Florist

I ordered flowers for my wife and what she received was FAR from what I ordered. I tried to contact business the day of delivery and phone was busy all day, over 20 calls. I tried to email and both of the addresses were undeliverable. Finally I had time to contact the florist and instead of apologizing for what happened I was treated very rudely. They delivered another arrangement that day and was we were disappointed once again. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!

I called Pippin Florist and placed an order on the phone. I had been spending $75-100 on arrangements for my mother online and got mixed results. So, I decided to contact a local in her area (she lives in Bluff City, TN). First of all, I have to tell you that the service on the phone was wonderful. The gentleman who answered the phone asked good questions. When I told him I know absolutely nothing about flowers, he asked the occasion and amount I wanted to spend and said he promised to take care of it. Well, he DID - 110%. The WOW factor on the arrangement was astounding. My mother and father took pictures of the arrangement to e-mail me (I called from Virginia Beach) and my father e-mailed me twice about it. This may seem small to readers, but if you knew how hard my father was hard to impress, you'd think differently! I had special instructions for the delivery person (reasonable delivery price, by the way - about $6 or 7 as opposed to 2-3X that when ordering online from a major distributor) and he followed it to the tee. I am SO pleased at how mush my mother loved the flowers, SO pleased that the man who took my order was so nice, SO pleased about the delivery - and SO SO PLEASED about the value for my money! Pippin Florist saved me more than 50%!
