We bought our car there. They were very good. They have an automated call for their service and they are flexible with regards to the schedule. They are clean, friendly, polite, and nice people.

The "scheduled" oil change was satisfactory but I was not happy with the long 1 hour+ wait. When my husband complained, the technician at the counter was very rude. We haven't been back.

The car seems to be a good buy, but my service experience was bad. The words spoken to me were polite, but the actions were non-professional and improper. Both times, when ordering the parts, I was told it would be no more than 2 to 3 days, and I would be contacted if delayed. After 2 to 3 weeks, and becoming extremely insistent produced the item in 2 days. The service manager misinformed me that I must have all maintenance done at Hyundai dealerships in order to maintain warranty coverage. This is both against federal regulations, and not supported by the owners manual. The owners manual is lacking is certain important information. The dealer refused to obtain this information, or provide a source for me to do so and then threatened that my persistence might result in voiding some parts of the warranty. I was routinely kept waiting for appointments, and phone calls were not returned. The General Manager of dealership said none of these events required his attention.
