FERGUSON ANIMAL HOSPITAL

I'm a small hobby breeder (1 litter annually) that has 10 furry family members. We have had 3 or 4 dogs there in the past year. They always try to charge more than quoted. It's never because something came up and had to do more. They just price the invouce more than they originally quote. The first couple times I paid the larger amount and didn't say anything thinking I had misunderstood but made it a point to pay attention closely when they gave me prices from then on. The third visit they again tried to overcharge but I brought it to their attention and they begrudgingly corrected it. This last visit they said I was wrong and that wasn't the price the girl quoted. After the previous pricing problems with them I know what was said. If they quote some too high and some too low it's honest but if they quote everything too low it's probably quoted low on purpose. I have had no problems with the work. The quality of veterinary care is sufficient if they could figure out how to truthfully price their work up front it would be a nice office. As is I'm looking for another vet.

I have used them for maybe 20 years and they have been very professional.  The staff is great and they know me by name.

Ferguson Animal Hospital are thorough and professional. They are friendly, and have an excellent set up. They can do most things there in the office. They know who to refer you to if they can't do something in the office. I've never been to them that they haven't been able to do it right there. They really care for the animals, they call them by name and they remember them from the last time they were there. So my cat feels comfortable there.

It went great. Like I said before we would not go anywhere else.

I first visited this practice so that my dog could have stitches removed from surgery provided by another veterinarian in the area. Immediately, I was welcomed to the office, my dog was seen within minutes and the doctor took time to talk with me about her condition. While there, I also observed other doctors talking with patients and interacting with their animals. The staff was friendly and eager to get the right answers to my questions, by asking the doctor if they did not know the answer themselves. I was charged extremely fairly for this visit, considering they had not performed the first surgery. When problems developed from that first surgery, the doctor took her time to explain the situation and answer my many questions. Subsequently, my dog needed additional surgery. Every staff member and tech I talked with attended to me warmly and professionally. My telephone calls have always been handled to my satisfaction and expectations. I can't say enough good about my experience with the doctors there. I now feel confident that I have found the best care for my dog, and will not hesitate to call on them in the future.

Both cats were examined gently but thoroughly, despite the older one's protests. Dr. Ferguson is caring, compassionate and truly takes a personal approach to being a vet. She spends as much time with you as you need, answering all questions, volunteering advice, and generally making you feel that your furbaby is important to her. She greets each animal by name, remembering them from their last appointment. Her staff are amazing people, too. I can't say enough good things about my experiences there. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ferguson is a wonderful vet. I highly recommend her. She is very personable and provides excellent care.

It was the first time we had been there. Now we will go back and take the puppy again and our two cats. Everyone in the office were wonderful. We enjoyed it and so did the puppy. We would not take our animals any where else.

Very well. The kitten had a cold and the drops they gave us cleared everything up. When my dog has had injuries, they accurately diagnosed the problem and didn't recommend costly procedures to rule things out. They gave me all the options, but let me make the decision.

Dr. Ferguson is interested in the animals, compassionate and knowledgeable. Her techs are very good as well and treat animals and owners with respect, especially Jo. They follow-up on animals with phone calls which is rare in my experience and while appointments are requested they're always good about working people in. They also allow owners to visit hospitalized animals, even on weekends.

I think that they are really in tune with your animals. They treat them like they're part of your family rather than being just an animal. This is why I will continue to go with them. The approximate cost listed is about what I pay per visit for routine care.
