 + 3 moreHired Blevins to block up area under a deck. He started the work and at the end of the week he demanded that we advance him some of the money or he couldn't pay his workers. We paid him $750 to pay his men. Next week, same thing. This time we were out of town and he parked in our yard until we returned late that night. We paid him anoter $750., basically to get rid of him because he was drinking. This continued until the last little bit of the work was still unfinished. I put a chain around his cement mixer and refused to unlock it until he finished the job. He said he HAD to do a small job up the street and he would be back to finish the job at my house. I, FOOLISHLY, let him have the mixer and he has never been back since. I would recommend that no one ever use this thief!
Description of Work: Hired Blevins to block up area under a deck. After weeks of stringing out the work, he failed to complete the job. Don't ever advance him any $ or he will not complete the work.
