Terrible - I bought a new house and planned a couple of weeks in advance for all of the locks to be changed at closing. The guy came unprepared and said he had to order the parts. Several weeks later I am still waiting for this guy to do the job. I called him and he said he was still waiting for the parts because they sent him the wrong parts twice already.- warning # 1. I told him that I would place the order myself online and call him in a few days after the parts arrived. After the locks arrived, I called him and it took him about a week or so to get to me. He was tired when he arrived and not too personable - warning # 2. Two of the pinpad locks didn't even work after he left because they were installed wrong and unlevel. When he came back the second time, he brought a leveler, but apparantly does not know how to use it. After he left the second time, the locks still were not level and did not operate properly. Therefore, I had to hire someone else to fix the shoddy work done by this locksmith.
