Steve and Wayne did an excellent job in a very difficult situation. One shower was backed by ceramic tile; they removed the tile and replaced it with a barely-noticeable cover - very handy in case other repairs are needed in the future. The other shower was backed by a wall, and they customized an access panel for that shower. All the work they did was superb. Steve had taken sufficient time prior to the work to analyze the problem and to suggest the solution. They cleaned up after themselves, a rarity among workers. We will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased. I called Steve one day and he came out next. He and his helper, Wayne, were courteous and professional. They were at the house for about 2 1/2 hours. I had used Steve the January before to unclog a very difficult sewer. He had charged only $150 for 3 hrs. work then, so I was spoiled. I'm not sure what the going rate for such services as replacing a water heater is, but I was very satisfied and would recommend him.
