He came and looked it over saying he wasn't sure parts were available. After checking his sources, he was not able to find part because the dishwasher was so old. He did not charge me for the visit.

Brian quickly diagnosed problem with dryer and repaired it for a very reasonable price. Also found the dryer vent system in wall to the outside was plugged (poor design). Came back and reworked system, again for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use him again for any large appliance repairs!!

They give excellent service and were very prompt. My dryer didn't have anything wrong with it and they didn't even charge us. It was just a matter of cleaning the vent really good.

They are quite good and I do like them. They didn't charge me anything. I've used them in the past and they've been quite reasonable and very honest. They are very honest and they certainly don't try to gauge or to create more of a cost than it should be. In other words, they get the job done and it does not cost a lot. They seem to look out for my best interest. The overall experience was excellent. Their price was very good. I will use them again in the future.
