Pool and Spa Servicing
The pump is leaking, and there is grass coming up through the bottom where there is a hole, and there are foot and handprints all over the liner from where they walked around on it. Also, the liner is not on the track, so when the water comes in, it pulls on the liner. I have a warranty, but he is refusing to stand behind his work! He is blaming it on the manufacturer and says it is not his problem. His people tore the hole in it, so it IS his problem! Another company confirmed that the filter was used and I was overcharged for the fan, filter, and labor.
