+ -1 moreHad verbally quoted $100 for a minor repair because he was going to quote replacing the entire roof. When his guy came out and completed the repair he charged $300. Needless to say I don't think I am going to give him the opportunity to overcharge me for the roof as well.
Description of Work: Completed a minor repair on the eve of the house we are purchasing so that we can pass inspection and close.
