On Sept. 20-21, Nolan Installation installed tile in our condo bath, laundry room and kitchen. When the dark gray grout dried we noted several areas where the grout was several shades lighter and visible. In addition, we told Mr. Nolan that our sliding door in the kitchen which is on tracks would not close due to tiles. There remains a two inch gap. We waited a few days and called Mr. Nolan back to find out when he was coming so that we would be sure to be home. At that time Mr. Nolan became irate, repeated how busy he was, shouted loudly and, slammed the phone. It is October 2, and we still have not heard from Mr. Nolan. He was paid in full and he gave us a one year warranty on his work.
