 + 1 moreWe are under contract with him. He has excellent prices and has senior citizen discounts. His prices are very reasonable. Mike is probably one of the nicest people we have ever run into. We pay $250 a month. For the concrete and replacing shrubs we will have to pay extra but he does not try to gouge us but charges us a fair price. We don't have any problem with him. We trust him and know that the prices will be reasonable. We will continue to use him in the future. Mike is wonderful. He replaced 20 azaleas over the summer and we only lost one as compared to 20 the previous year. He planted them right. He did a good job. One time I had to call him back and he didn't charge me for it.
Description of Work: We use Davis Tree & Landscape. The previous owner put a big plug of concrete in the front yard and had an ugly fountain which we had hauled away 3 years ago when we moved in. He came and jackhammered and got all the concrete out and did a fall cleanup for us. He replaced three dead shrubs, planted seeds and flowers. He did everything.

Description of Work: We have a contract with Davis. After two years of searching for someone that would take responsibility for keeping our home's yard looking nice, we FOUND MIKE DAVIS! We are in our second year with him. His crews (and Mike) do a fantastic job! When my hubby and I can't agree on what needs to be planted, Mike always has a great solution that we both like (we are fussy). Of all the landscapers we interviewed, Davis had the best prices AND when we went to look at his work, it was BEAUTIFUL! He has taken a yard that was mistreated by the former owner, and turned things around. We still have lots to do over the next 3-4 years, but WE HAVE A PLAN. His crews are just some of the nicest guys you will ever meet. They all speak English, which is necessary for me. We have recommended his services to several persons, and will try to get our HOA to change to him later this year when the HOA landscape contract comes up for bid.
