Sunroom, cleaned it up even better than it was before. Drywall. Treated mold. Redid the drywall. Painted the whole room. Cleaned the windows inside and out in sunroom. Checking wood near sunroom. Looked rotten, so they replaced it. Went up and saw that one section was really rotten. If we wanted to pressure wash and stain it would have cost quite a bit. We decided to rip it off and replace it with hardy board. All matched up really well. Brick pool house across the street that's incredible. Craftsman. Dependable and nice! Very particular.
