Property Management
We used him for a year. He was bad. He did not fix the repairs and that is one reason why I am moving out. I am going to try to get my deposit back. He had bad reviews on google.

This is a non-refundable applicatoin fee.. A tad steep for a check out that I can do for about $20. Their office never called to confirm or inform us that we were or were not selected. No contact at all.
It is a busy rental market down there. I my opinion some of the agents might be making a little profit just taking applications. $20 I am okay with $70? Not from me again. No way.
In my opinion these rental agencies should be earning their money from the property owner not by taking applications.
