They didn’t deodorize the stairs and that was disappointing because I paid extra for that to be done.

I had an area on a white carpet that needed to be cleaned asap ... After calling several of the big name carpet cleaning businesses in town and not being able to get an appointment that day, I googled services and took a chance on calling an "unknown" ... I REALLY lucked out in finding Southern Carpet Cleaning ! They were booked solid, but in hearing of a white carpet in need, Caesar, the owner of the company, came to my home to assess and pre-treat the area to ensure that the spot could be cleaned the following morning when there was an opening in their schedule. Caesar was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and his dedication to providing impeccable service was obvious from the moment he arrived. As promised, he came back the following day to restore my carpet to the condition that it was when first installed! I was so thrilled with his work that I had him clean all of my carpets, including a very large , fine rug that he took to clean at his facility. My rug was returned exactly on schedule, and I was AMAZED by its condition !!! I honestly thought that I had beaten that rug down over the years, but when it was returned it looked better than it did when new !! Southern Carpet cleaning exceeded my expectations in every way .... From the quality of their work to the enthusiasm and professional presentation of the staff. Caesar only knew of one small spot that needed to be cleaned, but treated me as if I were hiring his company to clean a huge estate !! From my experiences with this company, I cannot imagine that you will be disappointed in the service and quality of their work !!!

Cesar is professional and friendly with an obvious interest in offering a quality service. His prices are lower than other carpet cleaning services I've used in the past. I'm glad I gave him a shot -- I will use him the next time I need some carpets cleaned.
