Phenomenal, took them approximately 1.5 hours to fix in total and they came in at 50% of the costs they originally thought it would be.

Both father and son know what they are doing and offered a great advice and service. They obviously are experts at what they do and are honest. We thought we needed to replace our bathroom tub faucet but he was able to fix our current one, which saved us a lot of money and time.

Our 16 year old water heater overflowed, we called them on the recommendation of a neighbor.  They quoted us the price of $1500 up front - did the work, very professional, friendly, excellent work.  We do feel we paid top dollar, however, but did agree to it upfront.  We use them again but only after receiving multiple estimates - their work was outstanding.

Excellent service - rather than tear the ceiling out, they looked for other problems, found the problem and recommended a solution - which will involve the appliance company.  Very professional, courteous, and careful to show us each step they were taking.

I have used SOS on two other plumbing issues and I found them to be trustworthy company.
