SDS SUPERIOR DETECTION SYSTS

Horribly unethical and unprofessional company, starting w/ Kevin Allen - who SDS recommends per the BBB to rectify situations. I signed a contract to pay $560 for install and $25/Month for a three year contract. I was a loyal customer for SIX years and my wife called to cancel when I was trasnferred out of state. SDS said they had just auto-renewed and I'd have to pay the full year regardless of no services being provided, that I had met the original contract plus 3 years and was a loyal customer for six years. Whenever my wife and I have called to try and rectify the situation and not been hung up on, we have been treated poorly. Kevin Allen has questioned my integrity, belittled me and has asked me to bring it on - hence I am now following his request and trying to keep others from the same pain. We hired SDS to give us a sense of security and peace of mind - we now feel violated by the company we paid to keep this from happening. I would look elsewhere for your security needs. I don't know if what they are doing is legal, but I don't know whey anyone would want to pay for it - worst customer service ever. Actual security service was marginal - we had some issues w/ the service that were not ideal but not so bad that we switched - I guess we learned our lesson there.
