This was my first experience as a landlord. By accounts the tenant was one of the worst. Ron Harmon of Parks Property Management handled the tenant and my stress whereas two previous property managers could not. Mr. Harmon has likely seen it all. I believe he would have side-stepped such an unworthy tenant had I approached him from the outset and that the landlord experience could have even been fun.

I bought a house that was already built. The agent's name was Jan Fleming. They were very good. They had a very good communication and a good market. My company's building department worked with them and so, they recommended them. I don't know the price because my company paid all the receipts.
