"Hi [Member Named Removed], thanks for your review and for saying we are nice people, haha. In response though, as we discussed today, I wanted to reiterate that the additional expenses that were above your initial estimate for the front of the house were all the items you elected to have added on during the installation process (upgraded mulch, adding stone edging, installing and burying drainage lines, additional plants, etc) totaling just under $800 for everything - we totally understand that once everything adds up it can feel surprising, however not sure why you never got the final estimate until a month later since we have a sent receipt in our system that displays it was sent the day following project completion. And as for the estimate for your tree work, glad we were able to clarify that we quoted the job to include the higher tree branches and roughly 75’ of clearing above the fence line not 20’ of low-lying vegetation - big difference hence bigger sticker price for the work ? Anyway, we appreciate your business and look forward on tackling the back yard in the near future. All the Best!"
