Our primary business philosophy is to “do what you say you’re going to do, when you say you’re going to do it!”. Cardinal Roofing’s full roof replacements meet or exceed all local building codes and manufacturer’s installation requirements. We include critical items not paid for by insurance such as, ice and water shield at no additional cost to the homeowner. Additionally, we go above and beyond what is required by the shingle manufacturer and local code, by using one nail more per shingle than is required, up to six (6). This reinforces the shingle and increases the wind rating thereby extending the life of the roof. ICE and Water Shield is a membrane like material with an adhesive backing that is installed in the valleys and around roof penetrations (vent, skylights, chimneys) as additional protection in areas most prone to leaks. Workmanship problems will generally surface in the first six (6) months following installation. However, roof replacements by Cardinal Roofing and Restoration includes our 5-Year NO LEAK Workmanship Warranty providing our Customers with added peace of mind. All our employees are covered by General Liability and Workman’s Compensation Coverage. We have a 90% success rate with insurance companies!

We wish to vacate the house for the inside repairs which involve repair of plaster ceilings, sanding (lots of dust) and painting. We have been solely responsible for the current delay primarily for health reasons. Mr. Rogers has been so patient and thorough in the work that he has already done for us that we have decided to have his crew complete other work needed inside the house. We are hoping all of this work can be done this winter and look forward to working with him and his crew again.
What a terrible experience my son and I had with this roofing company and Jody Rogers. Jody Rogers is ill tempered & unreliable. He doesn't know what he's doing, he has a bad reputation among other roofers, in general he's a total rip off. He doesn't stand behind his work, won't accept responsibility & gets rude and defensive when you call him back to check a problem with a job he did.
When we called him to come back to attempt to get the problem solved he was rude and defensive and would not accept responsibility. We had to hire another roofer (Authentic Restoration) to redo the job and fix the damage Cardinal Roofing did. He would not refund or redo the work.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO MY WORST ENEMY
