I had the pleasure of working with Ryan for a few home purchases- the first time I met him, I was house shopping with my parents for their big move from the north east to Nashville.  He was very patient and listened to EVERY wish that they had and he worked very hard to find just the right home for them.  Because Nashville is a very hot market, Ryan had to act very quickly to make sure all their dream home details were covered in one house.  That being said- We never had the feeling that we had to rush anything because he is so detail oriented and really makes sure that he knows what is out there before anyone else - many times before homes hit the market.  I can't tell you how happy I was to see my mother's face when we walked into the house they now call their home.  Truly- I will never forget that look!  Because of how spectacularly he treated my parents, my sister and I continued the relationship that he started with my parents and we each bought a house with his guidance in the Nashville area a year later.  Seeing as how his business is in Brentwood, my parents found a home in Hermitage, my sister in East Nashville, and myself in Mt. Juliet, I would say that Ryan is your go-to for ANY area of Nashville and the surrounding towns- he knows the areas very well also having lived in a few neighborhoods himself.  If I ever decide to move (although- the house he found is perfect) I will most definitely be calling Ryan again!

I had a complicated home sale with a divorce and a potential foreclosure but Ryan handled all the details with professionalism and an attention to detail that made the process as smooth as the situation could allow. We put an offer on a house and began the mortgage paperwork, but we had some issues with winter weather and the lender getting the paperwork done in time. Ryan got the sellers to hold off on the closing, because of the situation.
