We saw List for Less Realty signs in our neighborhood and called Kitt to inquire about her company. Our home lost a lot of equity since we bought it in 2006 and we could not afford to pay 6% to a realtor. List for Less is a reputable realty company that offers the same full services that other realty companies do for no more than 3% commission. Kitt helped us negotiate a sale price and was available throughout the inspection process as well. Kitt is extremely busy, but whenever we had questions or concerns, she always called back in a timely manner and we always felt as if we were her only clients. We ultimately sold our home and Kitt was an integral part of the sale and negotiation process. She communicated directly to the other realtor regarding pricing, contract signings and the final sale. We have since moved out of Tennessee, but would recommend Kitt to any of our friends who still live in TN. We saved over $11,000 having List for Less sell our home. Although we lost all our equity, we at least walked away with a few thousand from our escrow account- thanks to the commission savings.
