Description of Work: Kitt Pupel listed our Spring Hill home and sold it. She did a comparable analysis of other homes in our area, met with us to describe her services, took multiple pictures of our home, placed our home in the MLS, Zillow and Trulia, had open houses and printed flyers as well. We always had follow up information on showings and Kitt frequently provided us information about other homes and recent sales for comparison. We were impressed that a realtor would offer full services for $750. Her company’s flat fee services mean that if the home sells, the most commission we would ever pay is 3%. If another realtor sells the home, they get 3%; if Kitt sells it, she gets 3%, and if we find our own buyer, we get the 3%. Regardless of how the house sells, Kitt still gives her full services with regard to contract, negotiations and closing. In our case another realtor brought the buyer. Kitt was completely involved in the entire negotiation process, connected us to a worthwhile Title company and assisted with all the required documents and questions we had leading up to the closing. She works directly with mortgage companies, title companies and appraisers. Her knowledge and professional expertise were very valuable.
