I spoke with Ken about a house I wanted to sell. He came to see it; I was remodeling. He found a buyer and sold it before I had it ready for market. The buyer didn't have an agent so I paid only 3% rather than 6%. The buyer wasn't his client - just someone he had heard might be looking for a house in that area so he contacted him. I was thrilled!
Ken stays crazy busy, so he isn't always available when I want to talk to him, but he does get back to me quickly. He is a really nice guy, too. :)
