 + -1 moreI would never recommend this man for anything. He did very poor work and never finished the job. We had to hire other builders, and they had to tear off what he did and start all over. Overall, this was a terrible experience.
Description of Work: Kelly Construction did an addition to our home. We are not at all happy with them.
