When it came time to list my Brentwood home for sale, I asked around to find out who the best realtor in town was. After several recommendations for Dick and Judy Williams of Crye-Leike, I scheduled a meeting with Judy. Before Judy left our house on the first meeting, she was already on the phone calling clients to schedule showings for them to view our home. They have mailed postcards out to the community announcing our sale and they have advertised in the Nashville Tennessean for us. Dick and Judy also had a video made of our property. They have spent considerable time and money making our house as visible as possible to potential buyers. They are the most responsive real-estate team I've come across. I could go on and on for hours about Dick and Judy. But the best part is that while I've only known them from the sale of this house, they have become instant friends that I expect to stay in touch with for years. If you are looking to buy or sell property, you are doing yourself an extreme disservice if you do not meet with Dick and Judy. I'll be shocked if you don't feel the same as I do. They have a perfect combination of sales talent, dedication to excellence, and attention to detail that is needed. There is no question why they have been awarded the number one team in all of Nashville year after year. Simply put, I love Dick and Judy Williams and would never consider using anyone else.
