HD BUILDING GROUP LLC

HD Building group and the team of Matt and Tyler performed a major renovation to our 12 south home from top to bottom. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, interior/exterior paint, lighting and whole backyard (grill, bar, hot tub, foundation). We could not be happier with the finished product, but more importantly, the whole process. Matt and Tyler were honest, fair and communicated effectively throughout which was what was most important to us in finding a GC. We ultimately sold the home and it went under contract in 4 days at a record price per square foot for the street which is testament to the quality of work performed. The attention to detail was noticeable and every sub that stepped foot in the home was on time, courteous, professional and did quality work. We could not recommend HD Building Group enough for any project.

Matt and Tyler actually did work on two homes of mine in Tennessee. They laid wood flooring, did built-ins in my living room, did built-ins in my laundry room and constructed a hot yoga studio in my unfinished attic. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, honest, decent and honorable. The quality of their work was exceptional and they have integrity, which is hard to come by in this day and age. I would highly recommend them without reservation.
