Frontline Pest - Nashville

They did a good job!

Pretty good! Our first serviceman came and he did not have the right spray that would include ticks (which is the main pest we wanted to focus on) and he tried to upsell me something else that would include coming back later. I said I just wanted the basic package I had already paid for and he said he would have to come back when he had the new spring seasonal stuff on his truck, a week later. The company actually schedule a new person the very next day and he didn't try to upsell me at all, was very swift, thorough, and I ended up being very happy. Thanks!

Great job, professional technician

Kenny was professional and personable. He showed up early, asked if I had anything in particular to do, then set to work. He was patient and informative, answering questions and giving some good advice. He was also careful to ask if there was anywhere we did not want sprayed, which was greatly appreciated. Overall experience was excellent and very easy from signing up for the deal, arranging a time, paying and completion.

Didn't have an issue prior but want to be proactive. I've engaged Frontline in an on-going quarterly program.

It took over a week for the company to contact me about the purchase after I emailed them first to set up an appointment. After the appointment was secured, the technician was over 2 1/2 hours past the designated 2 hour window and acted like it was no big deal. I received 'zero' contact from the company. I emailed them after I canceled the service. Again, I received 'zero' contact. Angie's list refunded my purchase. I would not recommend Frontline Pest as they do not value customers or provide any customer service.

Very minimal service with no recommendations

It was pretty good. Service was pretty good. Price was great but some of the outside spider webs didn't get cleaned off. They did a pretty good job in the garage. It was a great price.

I was under the impression they would have inspected the crawl space but didn't. We're still seeing some insects in the home but mostly in the attached garage.

Nothing happened. Totally unresponsive. Pretty BAD for a company looking for new clients.

Well, The company and the worker who came to the house were professional and did not try to 'oversell'. The worker was courteous, explained what he was doing and what would best serve our yard and house. I would hire them again.

First tech came out when it was raining profusely all day. I asked him why he even bothered if most of the work is on the outside. He agreed and rescheduled. That tech never came back. Second guy came unannounced but seemed to do a thorough job at the time. I still had ants and spiders and contacted the company via their customer service web form. No response. The $109 was the price quoted for the recurring service every 3 months. I was lured into buying a contract before the service was even completed. I took a chance as the price was seemingly ok as long as the service matched up. So far not great.
