Service person called prior to arriving; arrived on time; performed the service work; and cleaned up after himself. The entire process was courteous and professional.
I didn't evaluate the price of these services relative to other potential providers as we did not consult with any other providers. We've used Fitness Direct in the past, and have always been satisfied with their services. We will continue to use them for future service.
