Initially tried contacting through the contact/message link on the website and got no response. Called the number and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. He arrived on time and did an evaluation of the Stairmaster and explained what needed to be repaired. Also recommended replacing the belt on the treadmill. He contacted Precor and was able to get a replacement under warranty. He contacted us when the part were in and scheduled a follow-up visit to make the repairs. He arrived on time and completed the repairs in a very reasonable amount of time. He left the area clean and answered questions I had about operating the treadmill. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him.

Service person called prior to arriving; arrived on time; performed the service work; and cleaned up after himself. The entire process was courteous and professional. I didn't evaluate the price of these services relative to other potential providers as we did not consult with any other providers. We've used Fitness Direct in the past, and have always been satisfied with their services. We will continue to use them for future service.

The unit was making a slight noise. The service technician was very professional and quickly made the necessary adjustments to my machine to correct the problem. The unit was under warrantee, hence no charge.

Some of the most unprofessional people I've ever spoken to - would not recommend them to anyone! The initial contact is always an indication of how much someone cares about doing a good job, and the quality of their work.
