I researched VA refinance companies using BBB and online reviews. I narrowed it done to 7 companies comparing interests closing costs and other loan terms and conditions. That narrowed it down to 4 companies. I settled on First Liberty Finance for several reasons lowest interest rate, best loan terms and a local office.
