+ -1 moreI phoned and e-mailed the company at least 2 dozen times over a 4 week period attempting to schedule service. They never responded. Not one returned call or e-mail. I eventually had to contact Groupon to request a refund, which Groupon did provide me.
Description of Work: Purchased 3.5 hours of home cleaning from Elite Luxury Maid Services through Groupon.
