They sent a crew out the same day! They repaired my deck and the one above it. During the repairs, they dropped some debris down onto my deck and they came and cleaned up afterwards. They did exactly as I asked and I was really pleased with their service. They have been very accommodating and have always responded very quickly to my requests. Our apartment manager, Marcus Gibbs, is always nice, prompt and is appreciative when you call. The maintenance crew is excellent--they offer 24 hour coverage. If you call before 5, they are usually there the same day. They've always been polite and courteous. They call afterwards to check if it was completed to your satisfaction. I've never had anything but good things to say about these guys!
